The RMB

RMB was one of the highest-quality German motorhome manufacturers of its time. The vehicles were handcrafted and continue to enjoy an excellent reputation among connoisseurs to this day.

The sturdy fiberglass sandwich body, the high-quality interior finish with real wood veneer, and the well-thought-out floor plan continue to make these vehicles something special even today.

The base vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz 611 with an “H” license plate.

Important Note Regarding TÜV

The RMB is being sold without a TÜV inspection.

The engine runs and the vehicle is roadworthy.

It failed the general inspection due to elevated exhaust emissions. To the best of our knowledge, this is caused by the settings of the installed fuel injection pump.

Known defects

The vehicle failed its annual inspection due to elevated exhaust emissions. To the best of our knowledge, the cause is the calibration of the installed fuel injection pump.

This is a motorhome that is nearly 40 years old. Of course, there are a few known issues:

* No TÜV certification due to the exhaust emissions

* The shower door needs to be replaced

* Truma heater is currently not working

* One cooktop is not working

* One roof vent should be replaced in the medium term (two roof vents were already replaced in 2024)

* The sliding window on the passenger side has condensation between the double-pane glass

* The parking light on the driver’s side has a loose connection

* Paint peeling on the front right side
