ADRIA UNICA 502 UP EXCLUSIVE TRAILER

We are selling our Adria Unica 502 UP Exclusive travel trailer due to personal circumstances.

TÜV and gas inspection valid through 05/2028.

The caravan is in good, well-maintained condition, both inside and out.

The interior is also well-maintained, though there are normal signs of wear and tear.

In May, we had a custom-made topper made for the rear bed.

In addition, we had an anti-sway coupling installed and new tires fitted in May.

We gave the trailer a thorough cleaning in May and washed all the curtains.

It also comes with two full propane tanks, as well as a side skirt with wheel covers from Obelink,

which we also purchased in May.

We’re also including a sturdy step.

The fire extinguisher we’re including is also very practical.

The roof and windows are completely watertight.

All windows (except for the one by the kitchenette) have fly screens and blackout blinds.

The skylight does as well.

The carpet is still the original carpet and is in good condition.

The floor underneath is also in good condition, in case you don’t want to use the carpet.

Great floor plan, plenty of cabinets and shelves for optimal storage and furnishing.

We’ve spruced up a few cabinets and embellished them with white vinyl wrap.

This film is easy to remove without leaving any residue.

No musty smell, no hail damage, no moisture—everything’s fine.

However, the trailer dates back to 2001 and was originally sold in 2001, but wasn’t registered until 2005.

From 2001 to 2005, it was parked exclusively at a campground.

Consequently, it was first registered in 2005.
